Полезные приёмы оздоровления в летнем лагере. Использование элементов здоровьесберегающих технологий в летнем оздоровительном лагере как важный аспект развития субъектности, экологического воспитания и оздоровления подрастающего поколения
Аннотация. Экологическое воспитание и оздоровление подрастающего поколения. Формирование у детей, а при возможности и их родителей, ответственности за свое здоровье. Основные проблемы социализации, снижения уровня успеваемости и физических возможностей у современных детей, связанные с незначительными, а порой даже незаметными для родителей, нарушениями психических, физических, мыслительных и адаптивных функций. Теоретическое обоснование причин данных нарушений и возможностей их преодоления с использованием определенных упражнений. Примеры новых коррекционно-развивающих технологий, которые можно и нужно использовать во всех современных лагерях.

Abstract. The paper considers issues related to environmental education and rehabilitation of the younger generation. It is shown that one of the most important elements of environmental education is the education of children, and if possible their parents, responsibility for their health. The most convenient platform for these purposes can serve as a children’s recreation camp. The article outlines the main problems of socialization, performance and physical abilities in modern children, associated with minor, and sometimes even invisible to parents, impaired mental, physical, mental and adaptive functions. The work provides a theoretical explanation of what these disorders are related to and how this can be corrected using certain exercises. The article provides examples of simple wellness exercises from the new complex of correctional and developing technologies that can and should be used in all modern camps.
