Конкурсное движение для управленческих команд: проблемы отбора содержания
Аннотация. Муниципальная команда – перспективный целостный объект научно-методического сопровождения, потенциальный участник профессиональных конкурсов. Значительную сложность представляет отбор содержания конкурсных заданий, которые должны включать задания на принятие нестандартных решений в сжатые сроки и ситуации неопределённости, креативное мышление, умение работать в команде. В статье представлены принципы отбора содержания, выделены риски, приведены примеры наиболее удачных заданий.

Abstract. The municipal team is a promising integrated object of scientific and methodological support, a potential participant in professional competitions. A significant challenge is the selection of the content of competitive tasks, which should include tasks for making non-standard decisions in a short time and situations of uncertainty, creative thinking, and the ability to work in a team. The article presents the principles of content selection, highlights the risks, and provides examples of the most successful tasks.
