Abstract. Within the framework of this article, various directions of the corre-spectoral work are considered, having a psychological and pedagogical orientation on the formation of various skills in the prevalent category of children with autistic spectrum dis-orders at the present time. Some of the reasons and positions of parents are indicated, ac-cording to which they turn to specialists for help. From a practical point of view, the meth-odological approaches, the system of occupations, as well as the activity of specialists, which are of a complex developing character, are described.
