The pedagogical mechanism of the organization of work with well-motivated, exceptional children in the direction of registration of their cognitive and practical interests, formation of ability and the culture of work with problem situations, independent development of subject knowledge and realization of practical design tests, designing of ways of own activity is presented in article. The general characteristic of educational and informative problems of problem and activity type as pedagogical tool, the description of the main kinds of these tasks and their concrete appointment in the course of work with children is offered.
