Потенциал организации дополнительного образования для формирования личности обучающегося-исследователя
В статье рассматриваются ресурсы дополнительного образования для организации обучения детей и подростков исследовательской и проектной деятельности. Проводится взаимосвязь между исследовательским поведением ребёнка и исследовательской деятельностью. Анализируются ключевые составляющие для овладения исследовательским методом, роль педагога в данном процессе. Определяются связи между исследовательскими компетенциями и личностным развитием обучающегося, методики для оценки результатов образования и сформированности качеств личности.

Abstract. The article discusses the resources of the extracurricular education system pertaining to the organization of teaching children the aspects of research and project activities. The connection between the researching behavior of a child and the researching activities is being observed and established. The analysis of the key parts of mastering the researching method as well as the role of the pedagogue in that process is being made. The connections between the researching competences and the personal development of a student are being determined, as well as the methodology of evaluating the results of the education and the formation of personal characteristics of a student.
