Модель поддержки школ, функционирующих в неблагоприятных социальных условиях

Аннотация. Модель организации поддержки и сопровождения школ, функционирующих в неблагоприятных социальных условиях, за счет вовлечения местного сообщества в деятельность школ, должна быть ориентирована на большее личностное вовлечение обучающихся в образовательный процесс, повышение уровня их внутренней учебной мотивации, организацию взаимодействия школ и местных сообществ на основе практик добровольчества и социального партнерства (преобразующих и жизнь школы, и жизнь сообщества) при содействии региональных и муниципальных органов власти и органов управления образованием, а также их ресурсных организаций, на превращение школ в ресурс развития местных сообществ, а местных сообществ – в ресурс развития школ.

Model of support for schools operating in unfavourable social conditions

Abstract. the Model of organization of accompanying and support of schools operating in unfavorable social conditions through the involvement of the local community in the activities of schools should be focused on greater personal involvement of students in the educational process, increasing the level of their internal educational motivation, organization of interaction between schools and local communities on the basis of volunteerism and social partnership practices (transforming both the life of the school and the life of the community) with the assistance of regional and municipal authorities and education, and also their resource organizations, on transformation of schools into a resource of development of local communities, and local communities into a resource of development of schools.
