Меняющейся системе образования, образовательному пространству новых стандартов, построенных на глубоко научной российской психологической базе (Л.С. Выготский, В.В. Давыдов, Д.Б. Эльконин), необходима новая концепция измерения и оценки результатов обучения, требующая разработки принципиально иного инструментария. Стандартами, наряду с приоритетным духовно-нравственным развитием и воспитанием, социализацией учащихся с ограниченными возможностями, определена задача раскрытия способностей учащихся и сохранение здоровья с предупреждением проблем младших школьников.

The internal evaluation of the quality of the educational process in primary school: diagnostic psycho-educational program

For the changing education system, educational space of the new standards, built on a deep scientific basis of Russian psychological (L. S. Vygotsky, V. V. Davydov, D. B. Elkonin), a new concept of measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes that require the development of fundamentally different instruments. Standards, alongside the priority of spiritual and moral development and education, socialization of students with disabilities, defined the task of revealing the abilities of students and the preservation of health is the prevention of problems of Junior schoolchildren.
