A Chance To Meet

Abstract: Mentoring in the camp can be interpreted not as a system of work, but as a set of helping practices that arise, develop, and complete their existence in the life of the pedagogical detachment. Cases from the experience of the Centaur role-playing games camp show a range of support tools between colleagues in the teaching squad, in the mentoring relationship of the counselor and the shift participants. Particular attention is paid to the subject position of the parties, dialogue and the contract.
