Принцип декомпозиции как основа диагностики индивидуальных профессионально-педагогических дефицитов учителя начальных классов
В статье представлен анализ эмпирических исследований дефицитов профессиональной компетентности учителя начальных классов в условиях реализации требований новых государственных образовательных стандартов; выделено проблемное поле с точки зрения усложнения функциональных задач; сделаны выводы о причинах и факторах, обусловливающих низкие результаты; рассмотрены преимущества принципа декомпозиции компетентности в аспекте индивидуализации и субъективизации при построении образовательной траектории.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DECOMPOSITION AS THE BASIS OF DIAGNOSTICS OF THE INDIVIDUAL VOCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL DEFICITS PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

The article presents the analysis of empirical studies of deficits in the professional competence of primary school teachers in the conditions of realization of requirements of new state educational standards; selected problem field from the point of view of the complexity of the functional task; the conclusions about the causes and factors contributing to poor results; discusses the advantages of the decomposition principle of competence in the aspect of individualization and of subjective and substantive perspectives in the construction of educational trajectories.
