В данной статье делается попытка раскрыть «внутренний мир» педагога, который составляет его мировоззренческий базис. Мировоззренческий базис индивида динамичен и требует актуализации с процессом глобализации. Самооценку индивидуального мировоззрения педагогом на данном этапе и интерференция мировоззрения с «духом времени» возможно реализовать путём непрерывного самосовершенствования, используя диалог девиртуализации информации и метод «больших данных».

This article seeks to uncover the "inner world" of teacher, which is its ideological basis. The ideological basis of the individual dynamic and requires updating with the process of globalization. The self-esteem of an individual worldview teacher at this stage and the interference of ideology with the "spirit of time" may be achieved by continuous improvement using the dialog devirtualization information and the method of "Big Data".
