В статье приводятся различные формулировки понятия «качество образования», определяется роль интегральных методов педагогического измерения и доминирующих (социально-педагогических) факторов в выявлении основных причин различных результатов при оценке достижений учащихся европейских стран, где факторы их социального происхождения четко проявили себя в ходе международных сравнительных исследований успеваемости PISA (2000-2014 гг.).

The methodology for determining the quality of education: level indicators of the development of education

The article describes various formulations of the concept "quality of education", defines the role of integrated methods of educational measurement and the dominant (social and educational) factors in the causes of different results in the evaluation of student achievement of the European countries where the factors of their social origin clearly manifested themselves in the course of international comparative studies of student achievement PISA (2000-2014).
