Модель формирования управленческой компетентности будущих педагогов
Модели управленческой компетентности в менеджменте и педагогике. Требования к компетентности руководителя. Профессиональная подготовка будущих педагогов
В статье проведён анализ существующих моделей управленческой компетентности в менеджменте и педагогике. Выделены блоки управленческой компетентности педагога. В данной статье под моделью управленческой компетентности будущих педагогов понимается набор компетенций, позволяющих педагогу успешно выполнять управленческие функции. В статье также приведены результаты исследования условий возможности формирования управленческой компетентности вожатых — будущих педагогов; представлена модель формирования управленческой компетентности будущих педагогов в условиях работы в детском лагере. Данная модель содержит блоки управленческой компетентности педагога, определённые профессиональным стандартом педагога, в соответствии с профессиональными задачами педагога детского оздоровительного лагеря.

The Model of Managerial Competence Formation of Future Educators at Children′s Camp Environment

Abstract. The analysis of the real-life models of managerial competence in the field of management and pedagogics has been investigated in this article. Some blocks of the teacher’s managerial competence have been established. In this article the model of managerial competence of future educators is understood as a set of the competences allowing the teacher to perform managerial functions successfully. The article presents the research an investigation of possible conditions of managerial competence formation of camp counselors — future educators at children’s camp environment in correlation with their functions and responsibilities has been studied. The article also presents еhe model of managerial competence formation of future educators at children's camp. This model contains the blocks of educator’s managerial competence determined by the teacher’s professional standard according to professional goals and tasks of the teacher at children's camp.
