The House Of Russian Language And Culture: The Creation Of The Speech Developing Environment In The Rural Society

Abstract. The article represents analysis of some peculiarities of the rural children speech culture, some results of the local investigation concerning study of the speech behavior of the rural children parents. Some conceptual ideas in the work of an educational organization concerning improvement of the rural children speech culture are studied as well as the equipment and contents of the House of the Russian Language and Culture as a new social and cultural object of the rural environment are introduced.
